In today’s digital environment, which continues to exponentially increase the volume of information available to a company, mastery of the technology of modern litigation is essential. E-discovery, e-filing, database and document management, computerized litigation support, and courtroom technology are all necessary tools for litigators today.
At Sonnett Ingold, we recognize that the use and understanding of the various technologies employed in litigation today is crucial to successful communication with and representation of our clients. We seek to consistently employ state-of-the-art technologies, communications, and services to ensure successful results. Our office uses the ProLaw Case and Database Management System, and our attorneys have experience with Litigator’s Notebook, Summation, and other case management software. We use Trial Director for the presentation of evidence at trial. We have given seminars on e-discovery and keep up with the latest developments in this rapidly-growing area of law, which includes issues of document preservation duties, privilege, and cost allocation.
We are on the cutting edge in using software to manage our cases, to communicate with counsel, the courts, and our clients, and to present evidence at trial. |
